As of 1 February 2018, Goud Uberconnected is the new tenant of the independent office building at Surinameplein 118 in Amsterdam. The total rented property amounts to an office space of 1,004 m2, divided over the ground and first floor, with 3 parking spaces and a covered bike storage at its own premises.
Goud Uberconnected was established in early April 2016 and is the result of the merger between brand activation agency Goud Activatie and social media agency Uberconnected. The new social media and brand activation agency has nearly 90 staff members and works for, among others, Coop, Delta Lloyd, Klaverblad, KPN, Unilever, Kia, Hyundai, Hallmark, and Grolsch. Some of the employees are seconded to clients.
The independent office building includes two floors and a roof terrace. The building once served as a police station and will be transformed into a creative office space. It offers a view of the Postjeswetering and the Rembrandtpark. The accessibility is excellent as it is located at a stone’s throw of the A10 ring road entry/exit and has bus and tram lines to the train stations Amsterdam Zuid, Sloterdijk, and Amsterdam Central Station on its doorstep.
P van den Bosch Commercial Real Estate Agents B.V. advised the lessor, a private investor.
