A private investor recently purchased the new development project from Image Wharf. The building is situated at Danzigerbocht in Amsterdam. This development project is known as Image Wharf, www.imagewharf.nl.
Image Wharf, the new creative hub in the Amsterdam Houthavens area, consists of three buildings and a parking deck in a typically Dutch landscaped area. It includes a workshop building and a studio building at the Danzigerbocht, and an industrial building at the Rigakade. The office building sold by Image Wharf is still under development and the completion is scheduled for November 2017.
Half of the building (6,600 m2 and 65 parking spaces) has already been let to Netraco and Goosecraft, two renowned and successful fashion companies. Conversations about the two remaining floors are being conducted with several rental candidates. It is expected that the entire project will have long-term rental agreements by the date of completion.
The construction is realised by Hercuton, on behalf of Image Wharf, and the architect is Allard Architecture. The purchasing party was advised by P. van den Bosch Commercial Real Estate Agents B.V.
