Amsterdam – Heeneman & Partners has purchased the object at the Amstelveenseweg 126 in Amsterdam Zuid from a private investor.
The object consists of café Schinkelhaven on the ground floor and the homes on the floors above. The tenant is Heineken and the operators are successful hospitality entrepreneurs who operate multiple hospitality establishments in Amsterdam.
